Members are advised that nominations for the position of Club Director for 2010-11 will open on Monday 8th February, 2010 and close on Friday 19th February, 2010 at 17:00 (5:00pm).
Nomination Information packs and associated forms are available from the Reception Desk at the Club on Monday 8th February, 2010.
The vote for Directors will be conducted on the Club premises from
Friday 12th March 2010,
12:00 to 19:00 (12 noon to 7 pm)
Saturday 13th March 2010,
14:00 to 20:00 (2 pm to 8 pm)
Sunday 14th March 2010,
14:00 to 18:00 (2 pm to 6 pm)
Monday 15th March 2010,
14:00 to 17:00 (2 pm to 5 pm)
Life members and Financial members are entitled to vote. Eligible members must produce their current membership card in order to receive a ballot paper.
The elected Board of Directors will be declared at the Annual General Meeting of the Club to be held on the Club premises, 58A Penshurst Street, Penshurst 2222 on the 21st March 2010 at 10:00 (10 am).
